Vision and Mission:
We are building a new kind of enterprise - a step change within the Energy Industry - one which has, at its core, a few guiding principles that drive all decisions regarding how we operate and makes up our culture:
Our consultants, partners, alliances, and employees are composed of only what can be considered roughly the top 20 percent of the global elite at what they do. The best is separated from the rest. This is one of our founding principles.
We believe collaboration is much more important than competition. This means we don't aggressively compete for work, and we do not pursue projects solely for the aim of profit or short term gain. So if you need a service we cannot or will not provide, we will either kindly opt out, or gladly refer one of our trusted partners or alliances for it.
Our long term strategy is to be the worlds most philanthropic energy consulting, engineering, and services organization. Because of this, 20 percent of all profits from our group of companies will be donated towards trusted charity causes that are relevant in some way to our industry - either by way of contribution or benefit to society.
Our Values:
Integrity - personal and professional; do the right thing
Excellence - both operational and safety
Generosity - in our words, actions, and contributions
Collaboration - through partnerships, alliances, and team dynamics
Synergy - with all stakeholders, inside and outside of the organization
About Rig Integrity Global
It is often said that company culture comes from the top, and we completely agree. If the people at the top demand excellence in themselves, they will both set a good example, and demand the very best from others. If you are a dedicated professional at the top of your specialist niche, you know when you find someone with the same values as you.
This is the way that we are building our company here at Rig Integrity Global. A workforce is built one by one, and careful selection of each person is vital. Whether the new hire is full time and contractual, or for a specific project requirement, the same amount of vetting is crucial. Teams are only as good as their weakest link, and we do our best not to have any at all.
Over time we know that by building an elite team of complete professionals, we will have a steady work flow. By displaying our teamwork and commitment to industry partners around the world, we know that we impress, and we will receive offers from people who want to work with us in the future.
This in turn builds a network of go-to contingent labor to draw upon for even the largest and most difficult of challenges.
About our MD
Eric Roth is our founder and Managing Director. After spending two decades on an upward career trajectory, Eric, our managing director decided that he could offer more to the industry by replicating himself.
Not literally of course, (although many clients would prefer this), but through steady guidance and mentorship of select specialists. A team of hand picked experts that are ready to learn more and develop their skills and experience.
Eric’s track record is perfectly suited to the demands of creating a new world leader in the services we provide here. Rather than listing a full page of experience, awards, and accolades, here are a few examples of why Eric is the right man to lead Rig Integrity and manage your next project.
- During 8 years serving in the United States Marine Corps special forces anti terrorism units, Eric learned to work under pressure. He brings strength of character, discipline and a problem solving mind to the oil and gas industry. He faced his first crisis & emergency management situation as one of the Marines on duty at an embassy abroad on 9/11, and has since helped manage a number of major emergencies in the oil & gas industry, in different locations around the world.
- Eric has a broad based experience as an international consultant. He has worked for companies such as Oil States International, Repsol, Murphy Oil, Total and Dynamic Drilling where he has collected recommendations and testimonials that anyone would be proud of.
- Eric currently serves on the IADC committee and will be acting as chair at a number of upcoming international conferences.
- Rather than resting on his track record, he continues to educate himself, evidence of this is in his latest academic achievement. Eric now holds a Masters level Post Graduate qualification in Project Management from Robert Gordon University, and is working towards his MSc & MBA.
